How long will my order take?
For coffee items, orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day with tracked 24-hour postage.
If you have not received your goods within 5 working days of placing the order, please get in touch!
For all other items (usually dispatched from home!), we would expect all orders to arrive within 10 days of purchase.
My wife and I pack these orders by hand and ship through our delivery partner Royal Mail, via a tracked 24hr or 48hr options. It may take us up to 5 working days for us to process your order, but once posted, it should arrive with you within the above time periods.
If it has been over 10 days and you have not received your items, please get in touch below.
Will I receive my order by Christmas?
Based on the advice we've been given by Royal Mail, all orders received before the 17th of December will arrive in time for Christmas.
Any orders placed after this time we cannot guarantee, and could be delayed until the New Year.
Do you ship to the EU?
Sadly, for the foreseeable future we're unable to sell to European countries outside of the UK, thanks to very frustrating Brexit laws.
We really hope to overcome this in time, please keep watch of our socials or join our newsletter to be the first to know!
How do PreOrders work?
Some of our products are available for 'PreOrder', meaning they are currently not in stock and will take an additional amount of time to reach you. This is normal when a product is made to order, or made in small quantities.
Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery times, and be aware that any other products ordered within the same checkout will ship as soon as the PreOrder item is ready.
